Postpartum Massage
A postpartum massage is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment designed to help new parents recover after childbirth. It relieves common discomforts like back pain, tension, and swelling while promoting relaxation and emotional well-being. This massage supports the body’s natural healing process with the option to add our herbal infused postpartum oil for extra love and support. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks (to honor the 40 days of cuarentena) after birth to come into the studio. Our at home session is strongly advised during the first 6 weeks.

Kasandy, is a Licenced Massage Therapist with 4 years of experience. She specializes in prenatal, postpartum and facial massage. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and some of her offerings incorporate traditions from her indigenous culture. She is also a certified Doula and is passionate about birthwork, healing and the body/mind/spirit connection.
