lactation & sleep support/education

all of the above + more traditional Mexican Cuarentena care which includes,

traditional postpartum meals, herbal baths, teas, prayer, 

womb sobada (ceremonial massage), faja & rebozo care

- this option is for those who seek more indigenous/spiritual postpartum care -

- OPTION 3 -

for those who find themselves overwhelmed and in need of postpartum help and did not plan for postpartum care- please contact me so we can figure something out, my hourly rate is $45/hr.

-  please start to plan for postpartum care as soon as possible during pregnancy, for options 1 & 2, clients book months in advance - ​​​

* client pays for groceries and herbs used during care*

*client has the option to add more massages to their package for $100/hr*

*my care is mainly focused on the birthing parent, 

so they can best care for their baby*
